The entities GNT Capital (Pty) Ltd (South Africa) and Global Next Trade Ltd. (Saint Lucia), hereinafter “The Controllers”, operating under the GNT Prime brand, are responsible for the processing, use and protection of the personal and corporate data collected through gntprime.com and during the institutional onboarding process.

Due to the institutional nature of our services, we primarily collect corporate, financial and identification information regarding legal representatives and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), including:

• Certificates of incorporation and official identification documents.
• Proof of registered address and shareholding structure.
• Source of funds and other KYC/AML documentation.
• Bank details and browsing data (IP addresses, cookies).

The collected data will be used for the following primary purposes:

• Processing applications for opening corporate and institutional trading accounts.
• Providing access to trading platforms, connectivity and prime liquidity, and the execution of financial instruments.
• Complying with regulatory obligations concerning anti-money laundering (AML) and the regulations of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa and the authorities of Saint Lucia.
• Managing deposits, withdrawals and financial reconciliations.

Additionally, data may be used for the following secondary purposes:

To provide prime liquidity and fast execution infrastructure, The Controllers may transfer or forward information to:

• Technology providers, server hosts and payment gateways.
• Custodian banks and international liquidity providers.
• Regulatory, governmental or financial supervisory authorities (for example, the FSCA) when required by law.

As the data subject, you or your company have the right to request access to, rectification of, updating or deletion of your data in our systems, provided that such deletion does not conflict with the legal and financial retention periods mandated by applicable regulations in South Africa and Saint Lucia.
